Homeloans And private banker turnaround time??

I have been trying to allocate funds onto my home loans without success since beginning of december. I phoned homeloans. Request not started yet. Then i emailed my personal banker (not sure what the purpose is as the turnaround time is pathetic). No reply as yet. Now phoned homeloans, got authenticated, then line cut. Can someone please apply funds and reply on my request.
