Homeloan staments

Please note that FNB Homeloan is not adhereing to ky request for homeloan statement as the app they want me to use is not user friendly and is infringing on my rights as a consumer to have and be updated on the current status of my homeloan. Yet I pay and they deduct admin fees and not will to assist.
