Homeloan settlement query
FNB charged us home loan account settlement which is greater than the account balance and a cancellation fee.
We have requested explanation which is not forth coming.

12 Aug 2021, 13:33Feedback from my banker is issue is resolved and a refund of R12 621.29 has been processed to my husband's account. Refund is not reflecting.
The total amount in question is R52 177.66, if R12 621.29 is being refunded what about the rest R39 556, 37?
