Homeloan Settlement

I would like to get assistance with settling my account.

on 15 April I paid money into my bond to settle it, I called contact centre to recalculate they said further R292,21 was required I paid it on the same day. Then requested recalculation so there will be no more capital debt so I can close the account.

on Thursday last week I sent a form requesting recalculattion but it was not done.

On Monday I realised money was still there.

Yesterday all monies I have paid in the past were suddenly available for my free use.

I called FNB and was assisted by Tebogo and many others. all I say is they do not want me to settle this account with questions dont you want to use the money for yourself?

I dont I want to settle the dept is it that difficult?
