HOMELOAN REFUND NOT BEING PAID OUT

Homeloan money owed to me for more than 3 weeks. Was supposed to get paid out last week. It did not happen. Getting send from pillar to post. Unacceptable. Pay back the money!!! When will FNB treat me as a customer. Yet I must pay bankong fees every month. Please urgently contact me FNB.
