Homeloan Prepaid Application

I started a homeloan prepaid application with FNB in October, and sent them the supporting docs at the beginning of November but till today the documents I emailed in November are not on the system, the agent assigned to my application has been unavailable for the past two months. Whenever I call the call centre I get a sense that this is not something new or odd to them, it's like this is standard procedure.
