Homeloan ***** from FNB

We recently paid off our home loan & the additional amounts that FNB charged us was absolutely ludacris! The interest and the final capital amount was not according to amount due on the app. The worst part id that we never received any statements from them - and we have requested it but it takes up to 72 hours to receive it. How is this even legal?????? FNB needs to call me asap and I require my homeloan statements, particularly the last statement.
