Homeloan Fica
We were requested to FICA at FNB in order to have a settlement figure on our FNB home loan. It was done and we were assured in branch that this would show on the FNB system immediately. A week later and we have been advised again that we have to go FICA our home loan account. How many time do we have to do this? We cannot get off work just like that for this. I want someone to assist me as a matter of urgency. This just reminded me why i closed my accounts with FNB years ago - they do not deliver on their so called motto of how they can help me????
