Homeloan

I tried to apply for prepaid funds on my account no *** on 19/06. I was informed that it will take 10 day for transfer. after 10 days I made a follow up ref: *** several times. They failed to help me all consultants that were busy with my homeloan account. I am disappointed with the poor service I received from FNB homeloan. it is two months now still waiting for my money.
