HOMELOAN difference

Hi, I had a HOMELOAN with fnb and I have requested a cancellation which they gave me the settlement amount and the attorneys paid an amount of R922 000.the amount is more that the settlement provided and FNB is supposed to give me the difference.

I have been calling and speaking to different people and even the so called private bankers can’t assist me as they keep on saying we will send emails.

Just give me the difference because we have paid the settlement amount as provided by you.
