Homeloan Denied

Im really disappointed with FNB for denying my home loan application. I have been with FNB since the early 90's. All my businesses have been with FNB. My current business since 2001.<br> <br> I have a current home loan with FNB that was PAID OFF in 7 years (perhaps that was my mistake.) I have rental income from this property, Im completely debt free. Zero Judgements to my name.<br> <br> Denied because:<br> <br> a. \Sustainable future income is not evident"<br> Despite you having access to 15years of banking information with your company surely you can see that we as a business we are doing well.<br> <br> b. According to the information provided and that obtained from the Credit Bureau"
