Homeloan cancellation-Title Deed

On the 10th January i sent an e-mail requesting for cancellation of a bond and requesting a title deed as my mother had passed away, i recieved an e-mail 6 days later from a team leader instructing homeloan cancellations to assist in the matter as the bond had been paid up. it is now 31 july 20224 and i have not heard anything from FNB again.I have submitted all the required documents. Kindly assist in sorting out this issue as it has been too long now and i want to finalise the matter ASAP
