Homeloan Bs

I’ve been fnb platinum customer for years and have borrowed money from the bank more than once in the past 5yrs and I have always paid the balance fully as agreed with the bank, but now that I am asking for a home loan the bank refuses to give me the full money to buy a home? You tell me about “lending appetite?” What kind of bs is that? So I’m good enough to spend my money on your business but the business cannot lend me ‘their’ money to buy a home? Why must I bank with you if I’m not considered important? Or is it because of color? Black people cant own land?
