Homeloan and mortgage protection bad services

If you want a hone loan do not use FNB they are the worst. I have a joint bond with my husband, we took the hone loan from FNB and also their Mortgage protection. My husband got retrenched and we app**** for the insurance we have been given the run around being sent from piller to post all relevant documents were sent on time eventually the insurance approved. Not They are failing to pay ontime this leaving our home loan in areas, which has an effect on out credit score the intrest keeps accumlating. And FNB collection is colling us when we tell then they should be talking to their insurance department we still not being assisted
