Homeloan: All banks but not mine

I'm utterly disappointed that every bank is offering me a home loan, but my very own bank cannot. i have sent through numerous documents evidencing my account standings (which no other bank has asked me for). i sent paid up letters, not i have to send proof of payment of making the settlements.
