Homeloan account still not closed
On August 14 2015 I submitted the documents required to close my homeloan account. Now, over 4 months later (which, yes, is more than 90 days), FNB hasn't closed the account. There was more than enough money in the account to cover the cost of closing it, but FNB is now *****ing that money that should have been used to cover it.
