Good day FNB Credit Card

I am disappointed that even after settling my credit cards with you, you guys still have me listed as not paying or owing you monies!!! As a result, all banks, including yourselves have declined my homeloan applications and I will be without shelter.

Please clear the listing because I paid you guys! I am going to the Banking Ombudsman with this because I have a paid up letter dated 25 August 2015 from your organisation for my FNB Credit Card.

Please sort this out before I end up on the streets.
