Homeless with money

I put a large sum of money into my FNB home loan account since I had the Flexi Option with it. As most of us do. I am currently travelling and I cant seem to access my money from the savings of this option, I am stranded and there seems to be no one from the bank who can tell me when and how I can get my money.

I am a so called a private client and my so called banker (more like a joke) is nohwere to be found.

I had to ask a stranger for a place to sleep.
