Good day,<br> <br> I need an urgent resolution to my problem. I did not want to publicly blurt out my complaint against FNB<br> I am referring to account nr ***. FNB Home loan. I hereby notify you that I will not take responsibility for the loan taken out, and feel it is ***** that should anything happen to me the bond will be paid off, all though there is a divorce decree stating that I have no say over the property.<br> <br> I was married in commune of property. I have been trying to get the property off my name since our divorce on 31 August 2010. According to the High Court order the property should have been transferred in 60 days, which was NOT done. I have been appealing to my ex husband to please proceed with the issue even wasting valuable money on an attorney to write a letter to him to proceed with the transferring of the bond to his name only. I do not have the financial means to take the ex to court to transfer the property. I do not want any money, but just to get the mortgage off my name. But all my enquiries are falling on deaf ears. <br>
