Home Loans - Sly business people

<p>I app**** for loans at various banks for a home loan when i bought a house. FNB, my bank for over 20 years (and all 4 previous home loans being with them), offered me a mere 0.02% more than banks that has never done business with me. This is with me giving more than 30% deposit on the home loan! I asked them to review it which they didnt - they have a list of criteria they are meant to go through which they could never have gone through and come out with that - i am a private client, clear credit record, etc. Now i app**** for an additional loan after already having done R300k's worth of improvements on the house, that they benefit from if i should default. There new proposal is offering me the additional loan - taking AWAY the 0.05% they gave on original bond. So they want me to pay more interest! They show they do not value us as customers and would rather lose us than retaining us. if there is a bank out there wanting to take my bond over, i am willing to move immediately. FNB have proven what they think of my business and me as a client</p>
