Home loans mandating debicheck to wrong account. Zero response

I have requested repeatedly that our new home loan debit order go off my husband’s account. We are joint applicants. Even though I didn’t accept the debicheck because I was waiting for you to fix it, you took it upon yourselves to authorise it on my account. I sent all the necessary bank details of my husband’s account and you still added the debit order to my account. This is NOT what I asked for. I get nothing beyond automated emails and FNB deciding to ignore our instructions and use my account. My private banker is utterly useless and doesn’t respond either. I want this rectified as a matter of urgency as you are in breach of contract. Per lawyers, we requested that my husband’s account be used.
