Kindly correct HLE communication with regards to Ebuck's reward level increase if information is provided and respond to poor service and case numbers. Have had 7 case numbers closed, all closed within 24 hours without any detail provided. When you call the Home Loans Help line, FNB is represented by a person with an attitude. Very poor service FNB! Please do not provide me with another case number, please provide feedback on existing case numbers: CAS-181004-K9F0S8 and 9ESBWUGV
