Home loans dissatisfied

We have bond via FNB home loan...my husband lost his job,we made an arrangement with FNB to give us 3 months break so that my husband pension fund can pay and then we catch up and pay a head.both home loans and private banker received that email and acknowledged it. Today Uif pays his claim and FNB deducts bond...I don’t know what must we eat
