Home Loans Dept are AWOL

Trying to speak with a private clients advisor on a home loan product, but simply cannot get through to the home loans department. I have tried 3 times today via general banking, private clients call centre and directly to the home loans dept and after 30 mins of holding, the call gets cut. This shouldn't be so difficult to simply talk to someone.
