Home loans department - utterly useless

I have been dealing with FNB home loans department since mid Feb 2022 and it has been an absolute shambles from the start. We initially approved for a further loan on our bond, had the assessor come out, we reecievd documents to sign that teh further amount of R200 000 was approved in full - we signed but questioned the interest rate. Next rmail - FNB stated they had made an error and only R50 000 would be approved. Again we questioned, but accepted. There was then confusion between FNB and the lawyers regarding a retention amount. While this took weeks & endless emails to sort out - we finally had some answers. R50 000 approved as an additional loan and we could access R35 000 as a re-advance. credit checks and forms all signed again and finally after another 2-3 weeks of emails, teh re-advance was approved and money released and paid on the 5th of May.. we are now 5 days later and still no money available, no answer from FNB as to why?? And yet my home loan and Private account is with them?!?! And they have yet to actually re-send the documents for the R50 000 to the lawyers again to restart the further loan process. Utter pathetic service and no care what so ever. This is 3 months down the line now. Our full home loan last year was sorted and lodged quicker than this re-advance. Get your act together and release the funds as promised 5 days ago?!?!?!?!
