Home Loans department unable to help with basic inquiry.

I am trying to increase our debit orders on our home loan. A fairly simple procedure one would think. I have spent 20 minutes on the phone and been transferred to 4 different people and departments. No one can help and I keep being put back to the same menu and have to go through all the choices and security questions again. Please can you have someone who is competent and knows what they are doing call me.
