Home loans department a total disaster

Home loans department is a total disaster. My application has been with them since beginning of the month and I was informed that turnaround time is between 7 and 14 working days. The only way for me to receive updates is when I phone them or sent mails other than that nobody at the bank bothers to let me know what is happening. I escalated the matter to the complaints division and even there I am not getting no joy. They also dont give feedback and I have to be on their case all the time reminding them of my case. Do not use this bank if you want peace of mind
