I app**** for my prepaid funds on the 12th April 2022 and all documents were submitted to FNB. FNB was not responding and I was the one always making follow ups. on the 9th May I got a call from a lady claiming to be the one releasing the payment. When she mentioned how much she was releasing I was shocked as that was not the amount I APP**** for. She then said she will take the matter back to sales team because they added legal costs to the application.

I am still waiting for them to explain the matter and they are just quite.
