HOME LOANS @ FNB

We have a home loan with FNB, when we did the application the salesman told us that the rate is 13.5% but will be reviewed within 3 months of signing the documents, after 3 months we app**** for a rate review (FNB could not trance the call from the day he told us it will be reviewed) and its been two years later and still no rate review!!!! according to FNB we are at the best we can be on the rate. We spoke to the manager at FNB and they say it is not possible. after lots of promises of moving EVERYTHING over to FNB it will be reviewed, its been done more than a year ago. We are moving our home loan from FNB over to another bank! STAY AWAY FROM FNB HOME LOANS!!!!!!
