FNB is the pits! I would never recommend it to anyone, esp the homeloan department. I'm even switching my homekoan to a different bank. I have been sending endless emails to access funds in my homeloan account with no success. If it's not filling in forms, it's me sending wrong documents. It's been the worst 3 weeks of my life. I am broke but I have funds in my homeloan account. They give me different forms with different emails everyday to fill in, as if they don't have me on the system. I am so done with them, I ended up going to a loan shark just so I can go to work because they wiped my account clean. The customer service agents don't even show you sympathy. FNB IS THE PITS!!!!!!!!!
