I’m so annoyed with FNB Home Loans, so today I get a call from Sunny Ntsanwisi HL collections Dept. One she doesn’t know who she’s looking for Mr or Mrs Mzolo I ask her who are you looking for ? Hold on let me check. Eventually she says it’s Ms Mzolo yes, we are calling because your account is in arrears for R423.00. I was shocked cause for the past 4 yrs 9months my bond is debited in full. After I tell her this, She says no no sorry it’s the systems fault. So a few months back I asked for assistance from FNB cause I was financially strained, guess what? NO ONE called or even sent an sms. But they can call for R430, 00 that I don’t even owe. This is the final straw, let me get started on moving my banking to another bank, this is absolutely disrespectful.
