Home Loan/Bond Registration Delays

App**** for a home loan via FNB and the process with FNB/Bank attorneys have been slow to say the least. My first contact with the bank attorneys was on the 30th of May and the process is still ongoing more than 2 months later. As it stands, I am waiting for ONE DOCUMENT to be approved/reviewed so that they can lodge. It has been 8 days since I sent the document in again and still the bank has not approved/reviewed this document moving the process forward. 8 days to approve a basic document? The document was originally provided and declined 8 days ago, so the process on this step has been delayed for longer than 8 days because of one document all in all (Lease agreement). Im not receiving further updates on the matter and no one is taking urgency. We pay a lot for transfer fees/bank attorney fees for this slow assistance? The transfer attorneys were ready in 4 weeks.... Further to this, questions that I have asked regarding the bond/account/flexi bond gets ignored.

Why is approving/reviewing a simple document so difficult to get the process moving forward? Why cant I receive updates when I request them? Is this the service we pay thousands for?
