Home loan uncer*****y

My home loan for maintenance on my family home was approved in December. Upon registration of the home loan in mid Feb, bond attorneys found existing bond with FNB from 2005 which was paid up. FNB cannot trace the status of their own bond, and therefore cannot provide me with answers about my new bond and whether it will be registered. My bond is meant to be paid out this month. This mistake of FNB has cost me thousands on contractors deposits as well as rental income supporting my pensioner mother. My lease and my partner’s leases end this month as we were going to move into the renovated family home and we now have nowhere to go due to no home loan for urgent maintenance required on that property. FNB couldn’t be bothered and hasn’t provided any answers. I am just waiting while this bankrupts me and my family. Nobody could be bothered with my query nor my complaint as I mail and call every single day with no news. Really the worst thing that has ever happened to me.
