Home Loan troubles - Unacceptable

I have been paying my home loan for exactly the same way by transferring the funds from my cheque account to my home loan account as per the monthly installment, Well, on Thursday the Home Loan account was no longer listed in my online banking. I logged a call with the premier banking team, which never got back to me. This rendered me unable to transfer the money to the home loans account as I was, at that stage, not aware of any other way to do this as this is how FNB showed me. Got a tsunami of sms's and calls this morning to please pay my home loan. Logged into my internet banking, stuill no home loan account, but there was money missing from my cheque account. Went to an FNB branch where I was told there is nothing they can do about the internet banking not showing my home loans but they will call a department which can help me. Tried phoning that department from inside the branch, but only got a message that the mailbox was full and then the phone went dead. The consultant in the bank then confirmed FNB had already deducted the money from my cheque account and it is reserved and not showing on the home loans department's side yet. Phoned the home loans division, and they again asked me when I am going to pay the money. Mentioned the entire story to them after which I got the response that my account is in arrears and my credit score will now suffer due to this. HOW IS THIS MY FAULT??? FNB removed my home loan account from my internet banking, I tried to contact the premier banker, FNB then deducted the money for the home loan, but then asked for it again as it was not showing? That's NOT my problem and I do NOT see why my credit score should suffer! If FNB left everything as it was, they would have had their money two days before month end. If they checked their system, they would have actually seen that they already took the money, and not blame me for not paying and then tell me my credit score is going to suffer due to their lack of covering all ends! I want a guarantee from FNB that my credit score will remain unchanged as this was THEIR FAULT. NOT MINE.
