Home loan Statement

Good day,

I last received my emailed home loan statement in October 2019. FNB sent me an SMS on the 11th of November 2019 stating it's switching my home loan to digital statements and that I had to reply "NO" if I wanted to remain on emailed statements, I rep**** "NO" to that SMS on the 13th of November 2019 but this meant nothing to FNB as I have not been sent any statements since then. I called the contact centre on the 04th of March 2020 and spoke to Evah Tebele and she promised to have the matter investigated but to date I have not had any feedback.
