Home loan refund department nightmare

Unprofessional, disappointing and frustrating service in administering my refund on my home loan error payment. I've been calling daily for the past 2 weeks and filling out forms. Im not getting responses or my money that I need to use for other commitments. This level of incompetence is beyond me.
