Home Loan - rate review hit squad
I recently app**** for a rate review on my home loan account. When receiving the very generic reply which contained incorrect facts as to why they cannot give a review, i responded with the correct facts and my email has just been ignored.
You are the bank I have used for over 10-15 years now and deal with in nearly every area of my life and you do not even have the decency to respond to my mail. This hit squad mentality is not what im looking for in a bank.
