Home loan rate review being ignored

I sent a home loan rate review form more than a week ago to FNB. After receiving a response that I will receive feedback within 48 Hours, it has gone quiet. I have since send 7 follow-up emails, only to receive the same response that I will receive feedback within 48 hours. This is not the banking service I am used to from FNB.
