Home loan rate review

I write this out of desperation as I cant get through to anyone at the bank who will respond to me. I am trying to get a rate review on a home loan due to the high interest rates. I am not getting any feedback from your side. When I called in they said the rate review was declined. I am trying to find out the appeal process required to avoid me being forced to approach other institutions to get an affordable rate.
