Home Loan Paid off

In March 2015, I paid off my home loan (bond) with FNB. Upon full repayment, I was asked if I wanted to keep it open. I felt it is better to keep it open and have the Title deed kept at the bank. However I was never informed that I have to fill in a flexi application form. Then I filled the form. After filling the form I was told I need to have an FNB account - Shoo - I finally opened the account 09 July 2015. I then re-sent the form. On 10 July Nqobizitha then called me again to say - there has to be a debit order. What kind of sevice is this - being told in bits and pieces. I told them that I want this account closed - now they want to charge me for the months of April, May June July for sevice fee. What service fee? Is this a way to pickpocket clients<br> Come on. Close my account and send me my title deed.
