Home Loan Numbers Don't exist...

Horrible experience trying to request a settlement letter for my home loan.

The app has functionality but it is broken and doesn't seem to be getting fixed.

Meanwhile all 4 of the numbers I have found online to contact the FNB home loan department do not exist according to my operator.

So how do I actually get this document if i have no way of getting in contact with my bank.

This is so frustrating
