HOME LOAN NOT PAID AS PER FNB

On the 27th September 2022, i have received the following sms FNB Friendly notification that your Home Loan payment was not received. Please make payment or call *** alternatively email ***.

My Home Loan Payment it is through salary deduction for the past six years or so, The salaries was delayed by my Employer and the payment is reflecting on my payslips that it was deducted. Can someone at FNB clarify the matter
