HOME LOAN NIGHTMARE

A tedious process is an understatement for FNB Home Loans. I have an Bond Life Insurance with an external company and they asked me to send them a letter confirming that my bond is settled but I was sent from pillar to post by FNB Home Loans. According to FNB Home Loans I must continue paying for the Bond Life Insurance while waiting for 3 months for them to cancel the bond account. Basically I must pay the insurance for nothing for 3 months while waiting for their lengthy process to unfold. Their Client Service Representative have no idea why this illogical process is working that way. Not to mention waiting on the phone and being transferred between departments. I will never take another Home Loan from FNB. WORST EXPERIENCE.
