Home loan monthly installment

I am writing to formally request that the annual premium for my mandatory home loan insurance policy be added to my home loan account for monthly administration, as per the standard Section 45 premium financing process.

Despite my previous verbal requests, this policy premium remains disconnected from my home loan installment, causing unnecessary administrative burden. I hereby authorize FNB to add this premium to my loan account and collect the monthly portion as part of my installment.

Please liaise directly with Outsurance using the policy details above to confirm the annual premium amount and policy validity. I am requesting that Outsurance send the required premium schedule directly to your department.
