Home loan (life cover cancelation)

I am deeply disappointed in fnb home loans. I've got a home loan with fnb which I settled on 28 January 2023 and was advised that I need to pay the outstanding initiation fee of R1710 that was not deducted in the beginning of the loan term. I called in to inquire about any other fees that would delay the bond cancelation process and was advised about the life policy ceaded to the bond. I spoke to consultant Pheho and she transferred me to the fnb policy department on *** and spoke to Tokisho and she transferred me to another department on *** . Consultant Mr Anthony simply said he can only see funeral cover and other policies but no life cover and dropped the call.
