Home loan interest rate change

After taking out a home loan with FNB and FNB being my main bank, suddenly my interest rate is increased because I no longer meet the criteria that FNB requires as my main bank. None of my banking behaviour has changed since opening the loan. It is quite evidently a mistake yet you can not get hold of the department responsible for rectifying the issue. It removes trust that is needed in the banking institution.
