Home loan interest

I have been calling FNB on a daily basis to get fixed interest rate quotes to change my home loan agreement to fixed interest . It’s been 2 weeks now am being told about this system that is down. This is poor service my partner got these documents within seconds on Nedbank I wish I could change my bank
