Home Loan House Registration

Hello, i have a complaint. In 2022 January we saw a house and app**** for a home loan which we were approved by FNB. We started the process by signing with the lawyers . Of which when it was time to register the house in our name FNB said they cant register the house because they need my spousal permit first before registration. We informed the lawyers that Home Affairs is saying they is a back log and we must wait for our turn to get the spousal permit of which its now a full year waiting for the spousal permit and FNB is still refusing to register our house and now the owner wants to sell the house because of the delay from Home Affairs and FNB. My Husband is South African and he is the one that works and l am not working so l dont understand why they cant register our house when they approved the Home Loan knowing lm awaiting my Spousal permit. we are stuck we have tried to seek assistance but no one is helping us . Why cant they register the house because they have proof and l have a receipt of proof of application that there is back log with Home Affairs. Please help us to register this house.
