Home loan Horror

Hi, my home loan debit order increased with R2000. The monthly interest and interest rate didn't change. I have twice tried to contact FNB Home Loans via email but they are not responding.

Also, my available balance in my home loan has been paid into my home loan. That is my savings and I did not authorise this.
