Home loan flagged for non payment after opting to pay early in december

<p>I opted for the early payment of my home loan in December. In the beginning of January my account was flagged for non payment and my credit frozen with FNB. I contacted the homeloans collections and clarified that the payment was indeed made and I was assured that everything was resolved. Its now days later and Im still being told my credit is frozen and I've recieved a notice to say that I have to have an account in good standing for 6 months before I can apply for credit again. This is completely unacceptable and FNB has done nothing at all to help me with this issue.</p>
